2019 Yazzbar Eliza Riesling

The Eliza Riesling is made from a thirty-year old, tough, two-acre, un-irrigated vineyard on Dog Trap Vineyard, Yass. The vineyard is hand pruned and picked. No pesticides or herbicides are used in the vineyard.

This wine is great with seafood and eastern food.
